Positive: LOGA was very accommodating in getting me checked in and answering all questions about the lodging. Unit was perfect for our needs
Negative: Booking with LOGA through booking.com was not a smooth experience... I kept getting emails that my payment was late when I never knew a payment was needed... very confusing. LOGA would also send me marketing emails, but the emails looked like they were issues related to my reservation, and those emails were very distressing to sort out and discard. Lastly LOGA kept suggesting I take a different unit which was nowhere near what we wanted... and I had to keep telling them no I don't want that other unit... that was confusing
